Don’t Forget Your SPF (But Choose Wisely)

This one’s a must: SPF is non-negotiable in summer. UV rays are one of the biggest causes of premature ageing, pigmentation, and collagen breakdown. Even on cloudy days or during short walks, your skin is exposed.
