These Terms and Conditions apply to all workshops, masterclasses and professional training provided by Jenny Nordic Holistic Beauty.
By booking a workshop or training, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
Workshop and masterclass places are confirmed once full payment has been received. Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Gua Sha Pro Training is confirmed once the required payment has been received. Payment options and payment plans may be available where stated on the relevant training page.
Your booking is personal to you unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Under UK consumer law, you may have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of booking for services purchased online.
If you cancel within this period, you will receive a full refund, provided the workshop or training has not already taken place or you have not specifically requested that the service begins during the cooling-off period.
If your workshop or training is due to take place within 14 days of booking, please be aware that your cancellation rights may be affected where you have requested that the service begins before the end of the 14-day cooling-off period.
Once the applicable cooling-off period has ended, bookings are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your place to another person, subject to prior written notification and approval from Jenny Nordic Holistic Beauty.
For professional training, the replacement participant must meet any stated eligibility requirements for the training.
No refund will be given for non-attendance or for leaving a workshop or training session early.
In the unlikely event that Jenny Nordic Holistic Beauty needs to cancel or reschedule a workshop or training due to illness, venue issues, unforeseen circumstances or other reasons beyond our reasonable control, you will be offered either:
Jenny Nordic Holistic Beauty is not responsible for additional costs incurred by participants, including travel, accommodation or other expenses.
Workshops and training may involve facial massage, gua sha tools, skincare products and other hands-on techniques.
You are responsible for participating within your own physical limits and for following all instructions relating to hygiene, safe use of tools and products, and treatment techniques.
You should stop participating and inform the tutor if you experience pain, discomfort, irritation or any other unexpected reaction.
Where practical, reasonable care will be taken to provide a safe learning environment. However, participation is undertaken with an understanding that hands-on facial techniques and skincare products carry inherent risks.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
You are responsible for informing the tutor before the session of any relevant:
You must follow all safety and hygiene guidance provided during the session.
Jenny Nordic Holistic Beauty may advise you not to participate in certain techniques where a contraindication or safety concern is identified.
Failure to disclose relevant information may affect your ability to participate safely.
Photography and video may be taken during workshops and training for educational, social media and marketing purposes.
If you do not wish to appear in photographs or videos used for promotional purposes, please let the tutor know before the session begins.
Where appropriate, we will make reasonable efforts to respect your request.
All training materials, teaching content, facial massage and gua sha protocols, techniques, written materials, videos, demonstrations and resources provided by Jenny Soydanyavas are the intellectual property of Jenny Soydanyavas and/or Jenny Nordic Holistic Beauty unless otherwise stated.
Professional training materials are provided for the personal use of the participant who has purchased the training.
You must not, without prior written permission:
Where a training certificate is provided, it confirms completion of the relevant training. It does not transfer ownership of Jenny Soydanyavas' intellectual property.
Where a product formulation, recipe or formulation information is provided as part of a training or workshop, it remains the intellectual property of Jenny Soydanyavas unless explicitly stated otherwise.
You must not reproduce, distribute, sell, publish or commercially manufacture products based on a formulation provided to you without prior written permission.
You must not claim ownership or authorship of the formulation.
Where a professional training includes a certificate, the certificate is issued on successful completion of the requirements stated for that training.
It is the participant's responsibility to ensure that the training is appropriate for their existing qualifications, insurance and scope of practice.
Completion of training does not replace any legal, insurance, professional or regulatory requirements that may apply to your business or profession.
Jenny Nordic Holistic Beauty and Jenny Soydanyavas will take reasonable care in providing workshops and training.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss of income, loss of business or other financial loss arising from participation in a workshop or training.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under UK law.

Jenny Nordic Holistic Beauty reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
The Terms and Conditions applicable to your booking will be the version available at the time you make your purchase.
