The best skincare routine in the 40s

Cleanse with care

Your skincare routine should always start with a gentle and effective cleanser. Opt for a cleanser that targets ageing concerns, such as fine lines and uneven skin tone. Look for an oil cleanser with ceramides and antioxidants that help replenish moisture and combat free radicals. Cleanse your face twice a day to remove impurities and prepare your skin for the next steps.
