Honey-Oat Glow Mask for Fall Nourishment

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon raw honey (packed with antioxidants and moisture)
  • 1 tablespoon finely ground oats (gentle exfoliation and soothing)
  • 1 teaspoon plain yoghurt (probiotics for skin balance)
  • 2-3 drops of your favourite nourishing facial oil

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine the raw honey and finely ground oats. These will gently cleanse and exfoliate while providing hydration.
  2. Add the plain yoghurt to the mixture. Yogurt's probiotics help maintain a healthy skin barrier and support its natural radiance.
